American humanistic psychologist who developed his Theory of Motivation in the mid-1940's. This theory states that all humans have several layers of motivation, and that each layer forms a pyramid - the bottom layer being most basic (i.e., survival: food, shelter) and the top layer being concerned with "higher" values such as self-actualization.

Access is the third step in the Logical Soul(tm) process.  It is the method through which we might become consciously aware of inaccessible hidden decisions - those that have traditionally been thought to be permanent, i.e., non-changeable.  Though Access, these "non-changeable" decisions can be changed or neutalized.

The body cannot survive if our blood pH level becomes too low or too his, and this range is very small.  Diet is said to play a huge part in balancing the pH balance of our blood, and the modern western diet is extremely acid-forming.  The long-term effects of this hyper-acidity include loss of energy, frequent colds, weight gain, headaches, endorcrine malfunction, osteoporosis, kidney and liver problems, heart and colon problems, and many other sysmptoms and diseases too numerous to name.  Cutting out acid foods such as process foods, meat, sugar and dairy; and increasing alkaine-based foods (such as raw fruits and vegies, and whole grains) can bring back the alkaline reserve we started losing in mid-life.  It can also prevent kids from losing too much of this alkaline reserve, and becoming more debilitated as they get older.

This is the ancient healing art that originated in China thousands of years ago.  Acupunture involves the use of small, solid needles that are inserted in certain points along, or near, "meridians" that relate to the body organs or functions.  This stimulation is designed to bring about balance in the Chi, or subtle healing energy of the body-mind.  Acupuncture was largely unknown to modern western medicine until 1972 when President Richard Nixon opened the door to US-China relations.

An affirmation is a statement of intent.  It is usually repeated by a person over and over in the belief that this will replace underlying thought patterns, and bring about the desired outer changes.  In the Logical Soul(tm) work, affirmations are used during the Discovery process to test their congruence.  If the statement is not congurent for both the conscious and subconsious minds, the intent is mixed, and therefore the affirmation will not produce the desired result.

Mostly fresh fruits, vegetables, juices from the same, as well as certain whole grains such as millet.  A food is said to be "alkaline" if the resulting ash or eliminated residue is alkaline, or has a pH above 7.  This means that celery or celery juice, for example, will create an alkaline ash that can be shown in the urine - assuming other factors are not present.

The sudden rise of a "fight or flight" reaction based on a subconscious reaction to some known or unknown emotional trigger. This trigger is that which arouses the survival decision, and a sudden need to take action whether actually warranted or not. Usually anxiety attacks stem from some emotion-based decision made early in life that relates to fear and survival. Symptoms can often mimic a heart attack, i.e., increased heart rate, shortness of breath, tightness in the chest and solar plexus, abdominal pain, dry mouth and sweaty palms.

Aumakua is an ancient Hawaiian Huna term for "high self," "Utterly trustworthy parental spirit," or "the god who is father."  It is a one of the three selves, but dwells in its own aka body outside the physical body and connects to the body via aka cords to the low self, or unihipili.  When "prayed" to by the low self, it "rains down benefits" or the results prayed for.  If the low self, for example, is acting subconsciously, based on childhood decisions or desires, the so-called "benefits" may not be in alignment with the conscious adult need intent or desire.  These "hidden decisions," nevertheless produce results, albeit unwanted ones.

A "Brand" is the image or related symbolic representation of the product, service, or business in the marketplace.  There is a psychological aspect of a brand, as well as an experiential aspect. The experiential aspect consists of the sum of all points of contact with the brand and is known as the brand experience. The psychological aspect, sometimes referred to as the brand image, is a symbolic construct created within the minds of people and consists of all the information and expectations associated with a product or service.

A decision wherein all levels of one's being are a part of;  a decision to do "whatever it takes" to complete the project or task.

In mathematics, "congruent" means "equal," e.g., two 90-degree angles are said to be "congruent" whereas a 60-degree angle and 75-degree angle are not.  In psychology, congruence is a state of being whereby your inside convistions and motivations are the same as your stated ones.  In other words, you are  congruent with money and wealth if, indeed, you take action to attract it AND the wealth actually shows up for you.

Action based on the Chines principle of "death by a thousand cuts."  Essentially, consistent action is required to accomplish any project that requires a commitment over time.  Through a step-by-step process, the task is done.

Discovery is the second phase or the Logical Soul(tm) process, and is used to pin-point the "lynchpin" decisions that keep one bound to an old paradigm or worldview.  It involves the use of muscle testing, or applied kinesiology, to test the truth of a statement or affirmation.  The premise of this method is that the subconscious, or Ku, does not have a voice, but speaks through the body, particularly through the parasympathetic nervous system.  If a strong muscle goes "weak" (less strong) after making a particular statment, that stament or affirmation can be considered not true for the subject being tested.  This yes-no binary process is helpful in translating our subconscious "language" into something much more understandable.

According to Wikipedia, an entrepreneur is "the type of personality who is willing to take upon herself or himself a new venture or enterprise and accepts full responsibility for the outcome. Jean-Baptiste Say, a French economist is believed to have coined the word 'entrepreneur' first in about 1800. He said an entrepreneur is 'one who undertakes an enterprise, especially a contractor, acting as intermediatory between capital and labour.'"

Someone who is known to be proficient in a particular field or skill set.  In most fields and all professions this is establishedby educational diplomas and certification. Expertise, however, can be obtained through self-study; and the title of "expert" can also be bestowed on those who are perceived as having knowledge suitable for sharing with others, i.e., the author of a book, a guest on TV or radio, an authority figure, etc.

This term was coined by Dr. Walter B. Cannon in the 1920's to describe the body's reaction to threats to its survival.  He observed that the stress induced by such a fright would either cause the person to fight or run away, hence the term.

This is the process of defining an objective with the intent of taking action towards that objective.  Goal-setting is usually a binary process, i.e., you achieve the goal, or you don't.  There is seldom a middle ground, except as part of Raymond Aaron's Monthly Mentor Program which establishes three levels of the same goal as an incentive-based process.

A "hidden decision" is one made early in life, or one influenced by ancestral or cultural memes. These decisions are, essentially, subconscious in nature, and are either accessible or non-accessible by the conscious mind.  If no access is available, these decisions are considered "archetypal" or "organic" decisions.

A "hidden" reality is one that lies beyond the awareness of our conscious mind, or beyond the normal parameters of a group or society.  Usually this term applies to entire species and their environments - like the insect world - or to secret societies, groups, or to paranormal events.  But it can also apply to the mind.  Hidden realities arise in the mind when unspoken, pre-verbal or subconscious decisions are made that conflict with the conscious or spoke reality.

The High Self, according to Max Freedom Long's study of ancient Hawaiian Kahuna lore, is that "being" which is the equivalent of our super-conscious mind or super-ego.  This being, sometimes called "Aumakua" or "Kane," is the one who "rains down benefits" when prayed to by the low self, or "unihipili".

A small business started and run from a home office, like a catering service, Internet marketing business, office data service, virtual assistant, or an agency for contractors or other small businesses or professionals.

An adult's view of his or her childhood. An adult's conception of himself or herself as a child, often used as a tool in therapeutic processes to explore feelings about the person's childhood?.

This term is usually a catch-all phrase that includes any attempt to attract customers via the "regular" Internet (websites, blogs) and Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, etc).

The Interview is the first step (phase) of the Logical Soul(tm) process.  It involves sitting with a person and asking questions using the Socratic Method of digging deeper into the root cause of one's dilemma or problem.  The purpose of the Interview is to uncover the hidden , or "lynchpin," decision that holds one's worldview into place.  A successful interview may take anywhere from one minute to one hour, but usually lasts about 5-10 minutes.

This phrase originated with the chiropractic profession to describe the concept that the body - when given the chance - will often heal itself.  It often follows the phrase "Nature needs no help . . ."

Ancient Hawaiian shaman, knower (Ka) of the "Huna," or "wisdom."

Term used in Huna to describe the "low self." Also called the Unihipili.

As the subject of "The Secret" and in multiple books and teachings, the Law of Attraction has become a household word.  The premise is that what you focus on comes to you.  If you focus on wealth, wealth shows up.  However, if you are constantly worried about relationships, for example, your inner and outer thought patterns become attraction factors that invite trouble and drama into your life.  also, the more congruent (stronger) these inner and outer thought patterns are with one another, the stronger the attraction to that which is your center of focus.

The title of a book published in 1975 by Raymond A. Moody, Jr.  Also  a term used to describe near-death or after-death experiences.

A  simple 4-step method developed and trademarked by Dr. Michael Craig that allows anyone to access and change underlying (subconsious) hidden decisions.  This, in turn, eliminates self-sabotage, or mixed intentions, and can produce outer results with minimal effort, less "willpower" and greater energy.

A weekly online  talk radio show by Dr. Craig every Wednesday at 6 pm ET on BlogtalkRadio.com. Michael invites guests from a variety of backgrounds to come on the show and share their passion, the turning points, and the major influences that led to their success.  The show page is www.blogtalkradio.com/logicalsoul.

The "Low Self," according to Max Freedom Long's study of ancient Hawaiian Kahuna lore, is the equivalent of our subconscious mind.  The Kahunas, however, personalized this as a unique and separate "being" and called it "Unihipili" or "Ku."  The low self governs things like feelings, emotions, memory, intuition, the five senses, the involuntary muscles, and even psychic abilities.

The term "meme" is the process by which ideas, thoughts, tunes and beliefs are propagated from mind to mind, similar to the process that genes are passed on between living beings.  A meme is usually packaged in such a way that there is an emotional aspect to it, e.g., the starving children, the tortured animals, your mother, etc.  By using such images with emotional (or repeated) triggers, a meme gets implanted in the mind, and later passed to someone else.  Religion and politics involve the use of Meta-memes, or a collection of related memes that support a central premise.

The middle self, according to Max Freedom Long's study of ancient Hawaiian Kahuna lore, is that "being" which is the equivalent of our conscious mind or ego.  This being, otherwise known as "uhane," "lono," or the "spirit which talks," governs conscious thought, reasoning, speech, intent, and the voluntary muscles of the body.

Another name for "Meme," but implies the unwanted memes that often sneak into our awareness.

The collection of subconscious feelings and decisions that run your financial life. The Matrix is also the outcome of these decisions, and how they affect our everyday self-worth, acceptance, earning, focus, connection and action.

A process designed to both measure and alter a person's inherent money matrix.

A term coined in the 1970's by Dr. Raymond A. Moody to describe the phenomenon of those who physically die, then return to life.  Dr. Moody has been called "The Father of the Near-Death Experience" by the New York Times.

These basic decisions are made by all organisms - from amoebas to humans - as part of their makeup.  The inner decision process is simply an "on-off" or binary one, i.e., turn away from pain or move towards pleasure.

The term means "model" but also refers to a person's world view, or particular point of view; the way they have constructed their world in their mind and consciousness.

The process of interviewing in such a way as to get to finer and finer levels of meaning.  In the Logical Soul process, it is the method used by the practitioner to determine the underlying intent of the subject.

Resolution is the fourth and final step (phase) of the Logical Soul(tm) process. This step usually involves a brief guided visualization - after a "lynchpin" hidden decision has been changed - to integrate the new decision into the body and nervous system of the subject.  After eyes are opened, the subject is again muscle tested for yes-no response.  If strong, or "yes," then the process is complete.  If not, return to the Discovery phase.

This idea originally came out of the Orient through the slow, cultural spread of ideas related to Hinduism, Buddhism, and non-violent resistance.  The idea of "individual enlightenment" is actually an oxymoron, since in true self-discovery, the "self" is discovered to be universal, not individual.  Nevertheless, in the west where everything is in terms of the individual, this term gained a strong following during the heady days of the 1960's.  Following the Human Potential Movement expansion, self-discovery is now recognized worldwide as a legitimate aspiration.

Any act - or intention to act - that results in a result counter to a conscious intention.  Self-sabotage usually originates in the so-called subconscious, the  being the ancient Hawaiians called the "Ku."  This phenomenon is often is based on a survival decision made long ago, and  perpetually generates mixed intentions that result in poor - or negative - outer achievements.

A small business is usually defined as one with less than 100 employees, although the vast majority of small businesses fall into the category of home-based or "mom-and-pop" enterprises.

The community of online interactive sites that allows people to connect with one another: talk, text or chat, share pictures, information and links with one another.  The worldwide implication of this connectivity is that the overall intelligence of the world is being transformed faster than at any time in human history.

Success is generally defined as the achievement of a stated goal.  There are unstated goals, however, called "hidden decisions" or personal hidden agendas or "goals" that can and will sabotage outward goals and objectives.  True success lies with the convergence of inner and outer goals to achieve and inner-outer harmony, as well as the stated goal.

The phenomenon of shifting from one fundamental structure to another.  In the realm of consciousness, transformation implies the shift to a so-called "higher" level of awareness or being.  Through transformation, one's worldview irrevocably alters such that the person no longer sees reality in the same way.  It is a kind of  death to one's current reality.

Transformation often happens through a highly-charged emotional event that leads to a shifting of one's archetypal patterns and decisions.  For example, if your spouse dies, the world will no longer look or feel the same way as before. Thjis could lead to rapid personal growth . . . or to a "negative" transformation leading to depression or suicide.  This all depends on the underlying BASIC worldview, i.e., ones hard-wired rules for either survival or death-wish.

This Hawaiian Kahuna term means "the spirit which talks" and is also called the "middle self" or lono.  It is one of the two aka bodies which inhabit the physical body - the "being" also known in modern terminology as the conscious mind or ego.  See middle self.

According to Max Freedom Long who first discovered the link between language and the ancient Hawaiian Kahuna secrets, this word describes the "low self" or being who represents the subconsious mind, or "spirit."   Another name commonly used for this being is Ku.  See low self.
